Phí đăng ký tham dự bao gồm tài liệu, quà lưu niệm, ăn trưa, nước uống, đồ ăn nhẹ vào giờ giải lao, đưa đón (khách sạn - điểm tổ chức hội thảo) và tiệc tối (chào mừng và gala). Phí đăng ký tham dự chưa bao gồm chuyến tham quan sông Mekong.

Tiệc chào mừng sẽ được tổ chức tại Ninh Kieu Riverside và tiệc Gala sẽ được tổ chức tại Lua Nep Restaurant
